MatchDay Arcade
Football Bingo tile strategy
A practical guide from the MatchDay Arcade team on reading a twelve-tile Bingo card without wasting flexible footballers.
Fill narrow tiles first
Trophy and specific-league tiles are rarer than big nationality tiles. When a Champions League winner appears and that trophy tile is empty, place them there. You will see another Brazilian far more often than another European Cup winner.
Save multi-club legends
Players with many clubs, countries and honours are your emergency covers. Burning them on a common country tile is the fastest way to strand an awkward cup tile at the end of the round.
Play for six, then chase twelve
A card counts at six filled tiles. If the deck is running cold, secure the counted finish before gambling every late draw on a perfect clear. Then open Football Bingo again and push for a full house.
Use misses as study
Wrong placements teach the database’s view of a career. Pair Bingo sessions with MatchDay LINK when you want to drill club connections on purpose.
